# Adversarial PR review — line-by-line

## Trigger
When asked to review a pull request or diff.

## What it does
1. Reads the full diff, not just the summary
2. Checks each hunk for: SQL injection, silent env var
   imports, unguarded async errors, missing tests,
   and broken type contracts
3. Returns a structured verdict: PASS / NEEDS WORK / BLOCK
4. For each issue: file, line, severity, fix suggestion
